Welcome to Karma Care & Housing! I am the Finance/Service administrator with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in financial budgeting and administrative operations, I have joined Karma Care & Housing with a commitment to supporting our mission of providing safe and nurturing accommodation for children and young people in need.

In my role as Finance/Service Administrator, I am responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and administrative functions of our organisation. From budgeting and forecasting to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, I work diligently to maintain the fiscal health and operational efficiency of Karma Care & Housing.

I firmly believe in the power of sound financial management as a cornerstone for achieving our organisational goals and empowering our team to deliver high-quality support services. By implementing best practices and leveraging my extensive experience, I am dedicated to optimising our resources and maximizing the impact of funds invested in our mission.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within our organisation.
I believe that effective communication and teamwork are essential for creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child and young person feels valued and empowered to thrive.
