Hi I'm Gavin, and I am honored to serve as the Registered Manager of Karma Care and Housing supported accommodation service tailored for 16-18-year-olds.

With over a decade of dedicated experience working with both young people and adults, my journey has been deeply rooted in compassion, advocacy, and empowerment. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of individuals, including those in the criminal justice system, care leavers, and children in care. These experiences have not only shaped my professional acumen but have also fuelled my unwavering passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of Children and young people.

I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every young person entrusted to our care feels valued, heard, and empowered to pursue their aspirations. Through personalised support plans, holistic interventions, and collaborative partnerships with families and relevant stakeholders, we strive to equip our residents with the tools and resources they need to navigate the challenges of adolescence and transition into independent, confident young adults.
