Hi, my name is Martin and here at Karma Care and Housing my focus is building Self esteem, confidence and resilience which we believe will help young people transition better into adulthood. 

I use my experience as an Education Mentor for the Youth Offending Team and my many years participating and coaching boxing to guide and further understand young people's struggles. I am also a qualified Gang and Youth Violence specialist which coupled with my own personal experience with the youth criminal justice system allows me to improve on how I relate and understand our young people.
